Typical Hue…….works brilliantlyReally nice look and feel to the controller, you can set 4 bespoke scenes in the app and select from the buttons. Works when attached to the mount and also off

Needs a software update to workThe product arrived with faulty software and initially doesn’t appear to work and complains that the batteries need replacing. This is a red herring, to solve the issue I needed to update from 2.59.19 to 2.59.25 or above, to do this you can change the auto update time to a few minutes ahead of the current time in the hue app: settings>software update, make sure auto update is on and change the time. Then wait for the time to pass and it should say there’s an update ready (sometimes this doesn’t happen immediately, so check back if it hasn’t come up) once the option to update is available it takes like 15 minutes to update. Once done it works fine 👌Build quality is good, maybe they shouldn’t ship a product that has dodgy software but these things happen

Best Hue switchI have all the hue switches and this is my favourite by far.It can be used to cover a standard Uk switch, the dimming function is great and works really well with a quality feeling motion.You can personalise the buttons for May different usesThe stickers are strong enough to stick to walls or furniture

Buono…non perfetto!Premetto che ho tutta casa con Luci hue e ho praticamente tutti gli interruttori commercializzati da Philips e tra tutti questi forse è il più pratico anche se non è perfetto.Costruito molto bene, solido e della giusta pesantezza permette di associare ai 4 tasti zone di casa, tutta casa o singole Luci. La rotella esterna permette di dimmerare con estrema intuitività l intensità della luce in modo molto più pratico degli altri interruttori. La pressione di un singolo tasto potrà accendere/spegnere la luce o scorrere tra le varie scene pre impostate. L’unico difetto secondo me è che la rotella per il dimmeraggio è associabile solo ad una zona/gruppo o luce…mi spiego meglio…se io imposto il tasto 1 che accende il bagno il tasto 2 il salotto il 3 la cucina è il 4 tutta casa…la rotella andrà a dimmerare solo la lampada o zona da me precedentemente associata ad esempio solo il salotto, lo switch giustamente non è in grado di capire quale luce è accesa e dimmerarla, andrà impostata prima. Per il resto mi riservo di valutare nel tempo la durata della batteria.

Ein Top Gerät!Hier hat Hue einen großen Wurf gelandet. Dieser Schalter ist nicht nur sehr funktional, sondern auch optisch ein absoluter Gewinn an der Wand. Philips bietet diesen Schalter nicht nur im schnöden Weiß, sondern auch im wirklich coolen Schwarz an und genau DAS hatte mir bei Hue immer gefehlt.Ich hoffe, dass weitere Bedienelemente (Dimmer, Schalter etc.) in Schwarz kommen werden.Der Schalter hat vier Tasten und außen einen Drehring.Alle Tasten sind frei programmierbar, ich nutze sie für mein Wohnzimmer an dessen Decke drei Hue Deckenleuchten installiert sind. So kann ich jede Lampe einzeln schalten (drei Tasten) oder alle Lampen als Gruppe mit dem vierten Tatster.Der Drehring dient als Dimmer, auch hier gibt es Variationsmöglichkeiten, welche sehr einfach in der App konfiguriert werden.Vor der Einrichtung meldete mir die Hue App, dass es sein kann, dass der Schalter nach der Einrichtung nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Es wird ein Update installiert, das kann bis zu 24h dauern. Während dieser Zeit soll man nicht die Batterie entfernen. Direkt nach der Einrichtung, die in der Hue-App sehr einfach funktionierte, war der Schalter tatsächlich völlig ohne Funkion. Ich war skeptisch aber am nächsten Tag war tatsächlich alles gut, das Update kam über Nacht.FazitFunktionalität: Top!Design: Top plus plus!!Davon werde ich weitere kaufen.

Makes every other switch to seem inferior!Bought a black and a white one for my living room where I have different zones of Hue lights.I ‘ve owned every other Hue switch (the old tap, the dimmer switch and the smart button) and this one just feels WAYYYY ahead of them!The build quality is superb, you can feel it from the 1st touch, it is also heavy enough so if you place it on a table you can rotate the ring with one hand without the switch being moved from its position.On the programming side, you can adjust the 4 buttons to control different zones OR different rooms, you can even assign single lights from different areas of your house in a single button, more or less you can do anything you may have in mind with that even without using more sophisticated apps like Hue Essentials.The rolling ring is the peak of that switch imo, you can basically use it to turn on/off or dim a whole room which pretty much frees the 4 other buttons for you to use them for scenes or group less lights.Worths every single euro you spend on it and makes you want to replace any other Hue switch you may own!

Super! Ich finde den Schalter genial wenn man mehrere Lampen bedientWir haben im Schlafzimmer eine ganze Reihe von Lampen und indirekte Beleuchtungen.Einige Lampen haben wir über steuerbare Steckdosen angeschlossen und der Rest ist von Hue.Somit können wir alles über die Hue App steuern. In dieser lassen sich für jeder der Tasten entsprechende Aktionen konfigurieren. Da braucht man aufgrund der Vielfalt natürlich etwas Geduld aber es funktioniert prima. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Wir haben alleine im Schlafzimmer jetzt 3 dieser Schalter. Einen am Eingang und 2 jeweils auf dem Nachtschrank.Was manchmal stört, ist der sehr empfindliche Drehring außen rum. Mir gefällt er, aber meine Frau berührt den oft ungewollt und dann geht damit gleich ein Licht an 🙂
